Overview
Last cycle saw us in two huge fights. The first was to try to repel the advances of Princess Duval on the poor citizens of Kalana. While the Federation forces put up a mighty mighty fight, we were narrowly defeated by the Imperial hordes hauling a mind-boggling 750,000 merits, and the Princess now holds them in her talons.
The second fight was to secure the nearby outpost of HIP 41529, which has tried many times to join us. This time the surrounding systems were all in alignment as well, and surely this would be enough to tip the balance, but alas we were again narrowly beaten by stealthy saboteurs and insurgents and the system remains out in the cold. We shall try again another day.

Preparation
Consolidation: please hold your consolidation votes for now. Also remember that the "nominate XXX for expansion 0/5" option when preparing systems is a very odd, badly worded alternative way of casting consolidation votes - we advise you do NOT use it.
Our current preparation target is HIP 41529. Please deliver Liberal Propaganda to it, available from any Winters control system. Note that it only has medium pads in stations, large ships must land on the planet. The nearest control system is Amuzgo.

Fortification
Deliver Nan's lunchboxes full of sweet Federal nutrition fortification supplies to the following systems to make sure they get fortified before cycle's end to help us meet our goals. Remember to drop 1T first to get the most up-to-date number so you don't fortify past 100%, because that's wasting your money and merits
