Summary of Cycle 116: The decision was made to try again to expand to Hip 24655, and this time, with a massive all-in effort (taking a chance we wouldn't be undermined) and despite another one of the Empire's notorious last-minute merit bombs (which was countered by enough people still hauling right up to 1 minute before tick), Winters prevailed - barely. We calculated over 725K of merits - both expansion and opposition - were expended on both sides. The margin of victory: 550 merits or less - proving again that every merit counts.
Preparation: Nothing to prepare at this point.
Preparation/Consolidation Voting: Please vote for "Consolidation". Tell the 5C'ers where they can stick their attempted negative CC systems. (and if you're not a 5C'er ("Fifth Column" Winters members purposely trying to hurt Winters from within) come to the aforementioned Discord server so we can show you how what systems to prepare and not to prepare).
Expansion: No expansion.
Fortification: Deliver Federal Liberal packages to the following systems to make sure they get fortified before cycle's end to help us meet our goals. Remember to drop 1T first to get the most up-to-date number so you don't fortify past 100%, because that's wasting your money and merits
