Why did PC gamers get dashboard color options but console players did not??

Oh look, the weekly HUD colors thread.
Thank you for your input.
They don't, or at least it's not supported. It involves changing some settings in a file & while looks nice can ruin the whole UI because all it's colour settings are linked.
Anyway, consoles have got a very good advantage over the PC version, we have to pay for extra accounts... Consoles don't.

The HUD is what you're looking at 99% of the time and it has such a massive impact on how you perceive the game. It just feels like FD lost perspective on what's really important to the community. Are we beating a dead horse here? I don't think so. It's more like a mule who refuses to move one inch because it would require work. I'd even pay money for this feature.
