Why no dashboard color options for console players but PC players get them?

As PC players we don't get them either. We have to edit the HUD colours ourselves or via an editor like Dr Kaii's ED profiler. It's unofficial, but it works.

Because on PC it's not an official feature but essentially modding. There's no official way to change the HUD color.
