Horizons Data Link Scanner Priority

Seems EVERY time I launch or something, the DLS priority is reset to '1'

How can I ensure it remains at the custom setting?

I've noticed this too, but it isn't useable yet so don't let it bother you. That may have something to do with it actually, it's just a placeholder right now.

I think that the data scanner is the one on the SRV used for scanning data points

I believe you can use it on the Generation ships. Not completely sure though as I havent been to one yet.
