What makes the decision to display the already discovered traders on the map, only a few light-years away from the player's position?

Do I have to click on all the systems again to find one that I have already discovered? Are you joking?

I may have to resort to flying one of my Corvettes full speed into one of my Cutters for entertainment at the rate the nerfbats are being swung.
