I've always had to resort to lowest possible sensitivity in game and only 800 DPI on my mouse. While I can fly alright and all, I would LOVE to have more options than the very blocky slider currently in the game.
This would also help a lot with gunner seat when playing multicrew as well. Currently, I can't play while being gunner. The minimum sensitivity setting is still so sensitive I can't even do a kill warrant scan. I have tried lowering my mouse DPI, but it doesn't help all that much. The base sensitivity settings in the game are way too high in general in my opinion.
I play shooters as well, so maybe I am just used to play games on a low DPI settings, but 800 DPI is fairly common, is it not?
I get that this is a HOTAS game, but I think me and many other mouse+keyboard players would appreciate the option to fine tune our settings a bit, and not have your wrists hurt because the minimum in game sensitivity is so extremely high. If you like playing with a high sens, good for you, I just think it'd be better if people had the option to play at a setting comfortable to them. Does anyone feels Elite could have a better sensitivity slider?

I have it installed through steam, so trying to find something in there, but no custom binds file, only the templates. In either case, what is the line called where you lower the whole sens down? I would like to add this for flying my ship as well if you know how
