Dear Frontier, there are many habitat birds that can be made out of existing rigs

I know you know our constant plea for more birds and maybe it is difficult to make them or I dont know your plans maybe you are still preparing them, but please consider to start adding more birds that can be habitat and use existing rigs and they dont need to fly. it would make many people happy. :)

Many Examples are below:

Peafowl rig:

I am sceptical of some of these, I think most of these would need new rigs. The Guineafowl, ibis, spoonbill, and Shoebill for sure would.
No they would not. New rig does not mean new animation. Rig is just a skeleton of the animal. With slightly adjusting it with right animations, they all can work.
hope it now clear what I mean
But my point is, there are alot of bird that can work as habitat animals, no need to fly.
:)

Yeah we really don't need a new rig for most wading or general habitat birds. Spoonbills, ibis among others rarely fly enough to justify creating an entirely new rig to accommodate such

Man, I would love all of these. Especially the Spoonbill or Ibis would make so happy, I need an SA tropical colourful bird for my tropical house!

Grey-Crowned Crane would also be amazing, as these could be mixed with the new Red River Hog. And Himalayan Monal is just so pretty, I hope it would be included in some sort of Highlands/Mountains pack.

Yes I would also love Mandarin Duck and Goose species, but they would need new rig. I only hope Frontier will not forget them and add them soon.

Christ someone could make a thread with nothing but 30+ habitat birds, I’ve said this in another thread but it is crazy to me how few habitats birds there are. I know they aren’t super “exciting” but habitat birds can add a lot especially in inter-species enrichment.

Having a duck pond with beavers, keeping a golden pheasant with your red panda, keeping an ocellated turkey with your capuchins, keeping all the other african ground birds with your african hoofstock, burrowing owls with your prairie dogs, keeping pelicans with the seals and sea lions, keeping more penguin species together, actually let the kangaroo and emu get an enrichment together, keeping the ibis with the tapir or capybara, keeping the congo peafowl with red river hogs, keeping the Himalayan monal with other Asian animals, etc and etc.

I know flying birds are the big ticket item right now, but if you could go back and add just one bird to each dlc I think people would have a little less to talk about.
