Thanks, im under the impression that we are not the largest group dedicated to one game as there are groups within EVE online with upto 10,500 members , but these groups have taken 8+ years to reach that number, I would think that we are the fastest growing group in any gaming community dedicated to one game with 7900+ members.

having reached 7900+ in 7 months has to be a record.
at our current rate we could be hitting 11,000 members before our 1 year anniversary.
but don't tell Frontier that as im pretty sure they wouldn't want to broadcast the fact that their biggest group is a PvE group:eek:.

The name Mobuis, was this chosen after finding all the stations that contained the name 'Mobius' or was it just a coincidence so you adopted it as your base of operations?

Ive been using the name Mobius since 1995, I was one of the early kickstarter backers( I think the 500ish person the pledge), many commanders are not aware of the community stuff ive been doing over the past two years since the kickstarter finished, ill add links to the community stuff I done below, though im sure official sources will deny why the name Mobius was used as a seed to name stations I would like to think that my contributions to the community nudged them in the direction to use the name Mobius.
there are other community members who have had their name used as a seed like Grant and Wagar but again im sure frontier will deny this.

It's a great group and means I can, for the first time, play a game in Multi-player mode, I have come across a few other commanders on my travels. Not really sure what I'm doing with the chat and comms, have added a few friends though. Feel free to add me everyone. Just this week I managed to upgrade my Adder to the Cobra. I finally have my Cobra :)

I would be interested to see how many forum users have been used as an unofficial seed name. im imagine that most are genuine names but I've seen the drew and wagar used a few times.

Shame that frontier couldn't just add a PVE open like most mmos do. Still love the idea of this group but i am still yet to meet another play in it. Hope to see you soon.

I would think:
- Unable to attack another player (Except Conflict Zones)
- Unable to interdict other players
- No Friendly fire damage

Edit: Request incoming.

Played open from day 1. Never been grief-ed, pirated, or murdered. But looking for more mature and RP CMDRs. :)
