I have done a 2.1g landing that went reasonably well, it was one of them why am I doing this moments. Hadn't noticed the g rating until I was on the way down. Went ok I just have to remember to stop rushing around.

On a happy note just landed at the RV location and have now finally seen the geysers. Awesome

I'm pretty sure most of the Go West incidents have involved either neutron stars or high G planets, so I'm not risking it with either

There's a few landable planets in the system and the Inara page doesn't mention the specific planet ;)

Nice place here though, am gonna fool around here for an hour before calling it a night I think :)

I am parked up close to he geysers, should be back on tomorrow. There was no one about earlier, you've made up some ground Mr Legend I saw you on the galaxy map this afternoon.

Gary - so far I've has success instancing by quitting the game completely - shutting down back to the XBOX home scree, and re-starting. May help, may not...

Yeah, I briefly saw everyone lined up but then my wifi kicked me off and everyone disappeared (I'm in the badly parked orange ASP) - hopefully I'll have better luck tomorrow on my wired connection.

An unbelievable start to the exploration of the Myoanooe Nebula by DRX and affiliated crew. 40,000LY from Earth and we have had 7 ships all instanced together, two CT members, the Senior FD Developer, a higest SRV jump of 250m, geysers, and only two ship types.... Amazing.

Well done everyone who has made it here so far, and to those who are on their way! There are a couple of targets we've scouted out here which I think need further investigation. I'll post them tomorrow.

I don't think I've ever been as scared on ED as I was yesterday when my low flyby over Dudge and JT ended up with my ship scraping the ground. Luckily I didn't hit anybody and I only went from 100% hull to 93% [wacky]

MISSION UPDATE

Optional mission update. (before the boss gets here....)
Myoangooe RU-G B42-0 A1 and A2 are heavily canyon-ed low G planets with water geysers listed as active volcanism. I believe thy could be the best candidates in the nebula to make the first discovery of Water geysers on this side of the galaxy. No plan, just if you fancy it, go look. (after <MESSING> about obviously)

Ah, yeah - sorry about that, I thought I'd try and get my ship in line with everyone else but over corrected the turn. [noob] I prefer the openness of space as there's less things to run into...... may be I should get some L-Plate decals as a warning to others. :p

I was creased with laughter actually. Did you see the state of the wreck I'm flying?.... You probably tidied it up a bit to be fair... :D
