Deluxe animals?

Hello!

Finally on the game! Yay! Exciting times haha

However my Deluxe animals are missing? Relaunched the game a couple of times and it says the DLC deluxe is installed, a bit confused

And me, says the DLC is still downloading but no download bar around

Same issue here, Steam stating the dlc is downloading but nothing is happening.

Same issue here, actually came to the forums for this exact reason - seems to be stuck at "downloading" with no actual downloading occuring.

I have the same screen. "Downloading", but not really.

It was reported about an hour ago to Frontier through their official issue tracker on their website.

Seems to be a common issue. I'm sure Frontier will fix this quickly.

Same issue only for me it says not i stalled on steam and no matter what i do they refuse to download and will not install

It's weird. They don't show up in the Zoopedia though they show in the filters for me.

Those people, like me, who are waiting for our deluxe animals, let's be patient and allow Frontier time to solve this issue for us.

Komodo enclosure is on hold for now - off to build my Saltwater Crocodile habitat!

Not sure it's a good advice... Make sure Steam isn't in the process of downloading the DLC first. Restart Steam and give it a chance to download the DLC. Wait an hour or two in case the Steam servers are having issues.

Can you guys save your zoo despite the missing DLC?
This was reported in another thread.

Maybe it is well adivised to switch the DLC off at Steam until the issue is resolved?

OK I have them in the game do not use them as you can literally do nothing with them no research nothing I had to quit my franchise as it says wont save as dlc is missing. Besides that the komodo looks amazing.

Hi all. This issue should now be resolved. If you check your downloadable content it should now be able to install them.

Have this problem to, now they both installed. Apparently it needed time
