Newcomer / Intro Demo Version

Hi,

is there some demo to check if my system is capable of running Elite: Dangerous? It's a bit on the light side so I'd like to check first.

It's a Toshiba Sattelite L50-A-1FM with Intel-HD 4600 Graphics and an I7-4700MQ / 4GB Ram
