A massive congratulations to everyone, this is most definitely a step in the right direction, more of this in the future please. The artists have done an amazing job and the team have done a great job translating that into (in some cases) moving banners in the game. I mean obviously the Buckyball one is the best 
but there are so many great ones and I do really like Misha's.
Following on from what Alec was saying about the selection process, I'm really not sure if I'm going to get my 'Blame T.j' one in, if it's going to be run again in the future at some point, but it's surely part of Elite lore isn't it..?

Oooh its this again? Why you always pick on us consoles? Have you read the minimum PC specification requirements lately? 6Gb. I think you need to start blaming those guys.

congrats, some great artwork, the edits on the otherhand, mainly the "do it for her" one that you changed to "do it for earth", i can't help but wonder why? I think it's stupid, had such a touching feeling to it but i guess the only thing FD likes touching is nerf bats. but whatever, prolly has a copyright or something
The original "do it for her" design I created with inspiration from an old Halo poster, was a small easter egg, but I'm sure there would be conflict with the origin of the words - you know how the world is. However, I think the change to do it for Earth, kinda makes sense. For one, when it's a quick glance it's not exactly easy to tell its Earth, and could be any planet. Plus a lot of people have pointed out, it could be interpreted as imperial.
Non the less, I'm quite happy with the change.
"do it for her" sounds gynocentric and it can be misinterpreted as do it for the Emperor (Arissa Lavigny Duval). Earth clears up confusion about the planet.

I think they said they'd be in the next update. I assume by this they mean Beyond Chapter 3 (or release 3.2) rather than any subsequent patch to 3.1. That said, from the livestream they're clearly already in-game to some extent so we could be pleasantly surprised I suppose.
I imagine these will be scattered all over the bubble once they're released.
Ugh. Not my idea of "soon" but oh well. I guess there's not been any content announced for 3.2 so far anyway, so at least this is something to look forward to. (Hey technically it's Q3 now so who knows maybe it's really will be "soon")

friendship drive charging missed a good opportunity to have the far pilot saluting instead of waiving, although the angle may make it tough since its a silhouette
