Okay got it working now! Whew! Just updated to the latest Oculus package (1.5). I wish Frontier would announce that an Oculus update is required in the splash page. I wasted countless hours troubleshooting 0.4.4-0.6.0.

How do i get tracking to work?
I have tried to turn off the oculus service using Bilago's tool, makes no difference.
Everything else works tho.

Specs:
DK2 with newest firmware
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
Oculus runtime 0.5.0.1
Laptop with 860M graphics, so i'm not able to use a newer runtime.

Dk2 is working fine with latest oculus drivers (inlcuding pos tracking of course). No point in using older oculus drivers you will lose the benefits of ASW (i.e. you will get jitter when moving your head). Only good thing with those pre-release drivers (pre 1.0) is that you will be able to use sweetfx.

Elite only runs in 1.4 onwards so no sweetfx for anyone

Because i only have a laptop with laptop graphics, i cannot use any runtime above 0.5.0.1.

How can i get tracking to work on runtime 0.5.0.1?
