I've gone through the server logs and there's no way you could get 20 boxes in that amount of time. I'm afraid you've been banished to a solo forum where you can only moderate your own comments.

Here are the facts.
- No Dev update this week (today, OR tomorrow).
- The newsletter is described as a bumper (adjective: exceptional, excellent, massive, unusual, mega (slang), jumbo (informal), abundant, whacking (informal, chiefly Brit.), spanking (informal), whopping (informal), bountiful). Also, not all newsletters are released on Friday, especially when they are special.
- The announcement will be bigger than a dev update (newletter + sth else)

- A major 1.X update was never announced on a dev update.
What about the dance?
We can only assume it's in the newsletter.

What is ambiguous is whether the newsletter become "bumper" due to having the dev updates rolled into them - or whether he meant this week's newsletter in particular is bumper, due to having 1.3 news in it (as well as dev updates).

No - this week there's no dev update as it's part of the newsletter. My forum dev updates will continue as normal next week.
