Added another Refinery Hub, the fifth one (I know, stupid me...).
Planetary port still didn't change, stuck on 0.5 colony, 0.5 refinery. I really don't know why or how it got that 0.5 refinery after the 3rd hub.
The planetary port has an anarchy faction, and only one of the hubs has a anarchy faction as well. Could that be it? Would the imperials refuse to work with the anarchists?
Everything has been built in the last 10 days, so after the rollback.
 
My Tier 1 Surface Science Outpost Port now has an expanded and useful market beyond just 3 items.
I added nothing new to my system in the last couple days.

I thought the last building finished did not provide any influence but caused every other to be reevaluated, that could explain why the station started changing only after the second refinery, but it changed once and then stopped. Any ideas what will happen next to that particular station?

That setup should work as far as I can tell. But if the server code changes, that might not work, or maybe not work right away, leaving a Colony economy instead.

I'm exactly in the same situation, but with 5 refinery hubs.

Are all your slots used? I still have one left, maybe that matters ... Or maybe the new and unknown rules require to have minimum 2 economies per body. Who knows? 🤔
 
I’m not sure why, but I was able to replace the colony economy of Coriolis with the refinery economy by constructing 3 refinery hubs.
I don't know if superpowers or governments have influence on this, but I have written them in the table just in case.

Refinery economy is 1.0.
I can't say for sure about the faction influence, as I don't know exactly when the buildings will come online or how much of an impact the facilities will have, but it seems different from the results of my previous experiments.
I built a fourth refinery hub. The proportion of the refinery economy grew from 135% to 180% and supply of all commodities increased by approximately 1.33 times.
The effect on the proportion seems inconsistent, but the effect on supply appears to be diminishing.

Yes, all slots used. All 4 refineries were finished within minutes of each other, maybe there's some cooldown between eco updates?
If yes, that station might be screwed.

Is there a table of specific commodities produced and consumed by various economy types? The wiki gives a lot of vague generalities and is not as helpful as I would like.

So, once again, your latest construction (farm) did not provide any influence, but did cause existing facilities (coriolis + refinery) to update. Do you have any more slots to spare there? To see if anything added will cause the farm to be counted too.
