"Development Level >>"? Figuring out what all these numbers do.

Not all of us use a carrier for it all the time. Though I will admit making more frequent use of one lately due to higher distance to supply stations (I'm the only one who's yet managed to set up a working refinery system in the local region) to make it more bearable.
I have a good working refinery port, with 10ks of the stuffs we need but I built a ground port first, was grinding the bp for a nice orbital when the planetary issues arrived and so as there is only one orbital slot, dare not build the orbital now!

Yeah, I finished a Coriolis to get a refinery going shortly before that mess came. It is currently back to operating nominally, after the fix. I would like for it to remain this way.

This next build... well, that first refinery location was a bit impromptu, more planning is going into this next one. Although given it is one of the systems I wanted, it probably would be smarter to hold fire on it... the problem, I am impatient.

I'm having high hopes that after this weekly tick, my "colony" orbital refinery will work. Obviously not straight-away (wouldn't that be nice), but by placing the 6th refinery hub on the planet underneath.
And if this doesn't work, I've still have one orbital slot empty...

I'm seriously thinking of abandoning the system for now, although it has over 250k pop. so far, and go deep into the black. Maybe they'll manage to patch the eco. influence by the time I'll get far enough to need another watering hole.

By the way, to produce Muon Imagers, what do we need? I just realized it is the only thing (beside the Emergency power cells) that I do not produce myself yet.

Inara says: Produced by High Tech (Surface) and Industry (Surface).

In theory, making a surface T1 port with preset Industry or High-Tech should get these in production.

Dropping this here:

It's back up, had a quick look - no changes to biowaste only stations. Refinery still not crossing from hub->outpost->coriolis. Edit: Only checked on sysmap though - didn't go there.

Something like that in my case as well.
Actually it is the Fleet carrier that keeps crashing into my Coriolis !

Whenever it gets closer than 500km, if I try to dock at the FC - it jumps away 100km (some sort of evasions maneuvers, perhaps).

So when I have the FC is parked there for loading (it's a refinery Coriolis), I have to take like 1/2 hour break when it's about to crash into the Coriolis.

Hmm, I am in but I think there is a problem with settlements, both player and pre-existing. I logged out while docked at a planetary port in the bubble. On logging back in I was told that the place I had logged out was not supported by the game and that I would be moved somewhere safe.....

I got back to my FC, offloaded then tried to get back to the planetary port but the "Settlements" filter no longer exists in my navigation panel, and although I can select the port and plot a route from the system map I find that there is no route planned and the ports/settlements are not even visible or targetable outside the system map, ie, I am looking right now at the planet but no ports or settlements can be seen. I dont remember the gps locations but might pop down to try for a visual, but either way something is missing.....I guess I need to find the patch updates and see what the plan is. :)

Ok sorted, game had for some reason used some hybrid odyssey/horizons settings
