"Development Level >>"? Figuring out what all these numbers do.

You have to go to the installation and look at it. Then compare the look to the lists online
Or maybe find it in the journal info.

I just checked my T1 Civil Port on an Ice-Moon
"StationEconomy":"$economy_Colony;", "StationEconomy_Localised":"Colony", "StationEconomies":[ { "Name":"$economy_Colony;", "Name_Localised":"Colony", "Proportion":1.000000 } ]
no changes at all....

I'm in the same boat. In one system, a Coriolis orbiting a rocky ice world (non-landable). Still colony economy.
In another system, a civilian oupost orbiting an ice world (also non-landable). No change either, colony economy as well.

You probably need to get it to update its economy calc, no clue how to force those, heard that renaming can force a service update, but no clue if that also encompases economy, could you build something in any of its associated slots?
Also, maybe a status change in the system could be used to update economies?

I´ll test that with my T1 Port - going to build a quick small Agri-Station next to it. If your theory about "trigger" ist correct, it should be 0.75 Ind/0.25 Agri afterwards, if not, 0.75 Colony/0.25 Agri
give me some two, three hours and I insert in this post....

edit: will report tomorrow - Madame insist on RL.... ;)

My system has a Commercial outpost with 50/50 Colony/High Tech and a scientific surface outpost outpost 100% High Tech. Both around/on landable ice worlds. And I also have 64% finished Government installation on a separate body. I'll report back when I get home from work if something has changed over the last night and if not, whether anything changes if I start another installation or finish the government one.

New T1 planet port built :
"Colony", "Proportion":1.000000 }

After building an Large Agri T2 farm

"Industrial", "Proportion":1.150000 },$economy_Agri;", :"Agriculture", "Proportion":0.150000

icy moon,built before thursday

Okay I'm really confused and frustrated. Built a primary port Coriolis last week that came online with the reset. I had also built a Medical and Research Installation orbiting the same body in hopes of influencing the market into Hi-Tech. I log in to find only bio-waste on sale and the market still colony. What is worse? The logs say those installations have had zero influence at all. What the hell is going on?
"StationEconomy_Localised":"Colony", "StationEconomies":[ { "Name":"$economy_Colony;", "Name_Localised":"Colony", "Proportion":1.000000 } ]
Does it have something to do with these ghost construction sites that will not go away? Did I mess up? Did the game?

Another point, colony payments. I've seen people throw around that colony score formula for determining weekly payouts but I'm not buying that one bit now that I have two systems to compare:

Formula works for the first system but where did the extra 100k go for the new one?

I've been trying to keep a positive attitude regarding colonization but if the last week really was a waste its going to really hurt.

Hi, I'm hesitant to start an AsteroidBase. What materials are available? And will there be a difference between building on a Metal-Rich, Metallic, or Rocky asteroid belt? Is it worth it?

Systems do seem to get less payout in their first week - maybe it's pro-rated for how long within the week the system has been populated?

Could be something like that, yes. Give it another week for those to hopefully get cleaned up and maybe it'll get somewhere?

My pirate outpost, placed weeks ago, is indeed now "Service", for what's worth.

The pirate outpost I built weeks ago is still lacking both a market and a black market, quite strange and very annoying.

(It's orbiting an ammonia world if that's relevant, and 100% service economy type according to the journal log)

Looks like we need to compile the economy pressures from the various planet types now.
Icy bodies giving Industrial pressure is what I'm seeing in my surrounding systems.

RIP the last three weeks of work trying to build a supply hub for the galactic core/Colonia bridges.

What do the internals look like? Is it the white one with the trees, statues and holographic-water? I'm not fussed about my system economy I just want to be sure I get the best looking station internals before I start moving 200k worth of building materials.

Thanks.
Hmm I don't think the station got the tourism internals, this might be Colony still? I wonder if I'd need to push on it with another tourism structure before it'll change, not quite sure my plans for this thing now hmm.

I’ve only just found this thread and had no idea we could get information from the journal files regarding the economy weighting.

I’ll have to check one of my systems over the weekend. It’s got a Coriolis orbiting an icy body with five slots, only two have been built on so far. A medium settlement and a large settlement both with Agri economies. That was enough last week, even prior to the Coriolis being fully deployed today, to give it an Agri economy. It’s also had an agricultural installation placed next to it and from the brief look I had today it appears that it’s producing a good range of products and in decent enough numbers (for a small population system.) Whether this changes over the next few days due to the new body type/economy weighting I’ll have to see.

Edit: just for clarity, those are the only structures built so far.
