Devs, can we get more UI color controls?

It has nothing to do with Microsoft being s (well for us to get Horizons it kinda is)

We've already had atleast half a dozen updates and the original release so why wasn't it implemented there. The game got updated every 1-2 months in the first 6 months.

Just like you I am not able to see behind the curtains of development.

There are a few fellow players on the forums who know a lot about software and game development and they have explained a bit about it in other threads.
It is a much more complicated process than we might assume.

I don't know, CTRL + C seems pretty simple to me. [noob]

You can change the HUD color via an xml file. If is not being done via in game interface it is simply because they don´t wanna.

I would also like to see this added. Maybe even a toggle "Ugly Window Beams" on or off which might be most useful in ships like the *cough* FDL.

I am not going to get into the arguments in this thread. Personally, if there was the development time to implement it I would not be sat behind a space going tangerine. Personal preference but there it is.. If it works its way in it would be welcomed by me and utilised.

In addition to be able to choose colors in the HUD, I would really like to be able to turn on and off, different sections of it.
Like in the way we can turn on and off the orbital rings.

Some weapons I run as fixed and some as gimballed and I have the mouse widget enabled so when I am manoeuvring in combat all I see is a mass of dots and it would be really nice to change my fixed weapons aiming point to a different colour just to take the guess work out of where that rail gun is really pointing.
