Devs: Grand Carousel

First off I want to start by saying that I absolutely love the Grand Carousel, but would love to see a US version that goes counter clockwise. I don't know how hard it would be to turn the horses, carriages around, and make it spin the other way, but if it's really easy I would highly appreciate it if you devs can. [big grin][up] If not I totally understand, is no big deal, and that you're busy doing more important things. No pressure on you guys and don't want you guys to take it the wrong way. Like I said, "I absolutely love it, am grateful to have it, and will definitely be using it in my parks.". I just like to have some realism in my US parks. [wink]

The vast amount of detail shown on Wednesday's live stream was incredible... I think it would take a bit more than just turning the horses to face the other direction.

The ride looks incredible, and will be a very welcome addition to PC.

Yes, it is not just a matter of turning the pieces around. The mechanism is so much more than that! All the drivers etc are visible in roof! :O

I guess if it is possible to mirror one could mirror, it would work if there's no text etc. But it might clash to their artistic mind to see everything mirrored.

As for me, I think it is good as is, there are so many more things that needs to be addressed than this.

Good point, unfortunately. It'd've been great if before they'd done all that utterly magnificent work they would've hit some basic research like checking out the Wikipedia article. I doubt the wrong direction's going to set my teeth on edge -- others might not be so lucky.

It is just one carousel? There's many carousels and as always Frontier do not take something straight off, they usually combine many into one or tweak to make it unique.

Well, they're from the UK and carousels generally go clockwise over there. But Venetians go counter clockwise. That bothered me, too but I guess I'll live with it. They should have made two versions of the grand carousel, UK and US.

PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF .......... Clockwise ...or ...Counterclockwise....where is the problem ? We wanted it ...we have it ....That's the real good thing !! Don't be too much perfectionist ....The Devs answered !!!!...So , we have to thank them ...and be HAPPY .....[wink]

Obviously, you didn't read my post. I said, if they could that'll be awesome and if not don't worry about. Also, I'm totally happy and grateful with the Grand Carousel. I wanted it since day 1 and I absolutely love it!
