I have a Vulture and a Scout. I use the Vulture when it matters - like in a combat zone where I care about the outcome, or an elite anaconda+ friends assassination mission, but I much prefer the flying Scout. The Vulture is more or less a rotating turret. Its spins round on a spot and scythes down all comers with its Class 3 hardpoint. Much much too easy.
I've ended up putting B2 Rails guns and gimballed pulse lasers on the Scout. I love thowing it about dodging fire rather than sitting there and slugging it out in the Vulture. The cost of the ammo is more than compensated by the reduction in interdiction caused repair bills.
