Did anyone just get an Email about a "new and improved" gold paint job?

I got the email and I'm pretty sure I've never purchased a gold paint job! The email does look legit (headers, links etc), but I'm about 40K LY from any station to see whether I've now got one or not

I'm intrigued now. Multiple people getting it may mean it's legit. In the past they've staggered e-mails being sent to avoid flooding the servers at FD so it's quite possible the ones who don't have it yet are in the outbox at FD waiting for a clear patch of internet..

Indeed. May I recommend you make an announcement first publicly? I'm asking this with respect, as I am a clinically paranoid individual, and I'm sure there are others in the community who suffer similar ailments. For us, surprises can be terrifying, especially when it involves something so personal as our Email inbox.
