Did I blink and miss something or was there a server hiccup?

I had a Frame Shift Interdictor a couple days back when I was seeing what the fuss was all about, but I have just come from doing some cz stuff for unlocking Dekker (and no, I def had no interdictor on me at that time) and weirdly.... After getting attacked and repairing some modules, I have one in the list.

I am unsure yet what is missing (have yet to find a shipyard and check) but what magicarypokery is going on here?

Ohhhhh darnit! That was the upgrade I grabbed form the engineer when I was just working on rep. Gosh darn it, yet another thread I wish I could delete.

I think dementia is kicking in early. That's the excuse I'm sticking with!
