Did not get my Product key

Hi,

I purchased Planet Zoo deluxe edition yesterday but I didn't get my product key yet or any downloadable product. My credit card was already charged with the amount.
Can someone please help me what is the issue? In the orders tab, I have two orders (I don't know why two) and one says pending even though it has been paid. I didn't get any email about the order confirmation either, which is weird but I can see that the amount has been deducted from my bank account, so I don't know who has my money now.

Don't know how it works if you buy it over the Frontier Website but did you already check your Spam Folder? Maybe the E-Mail with the Code is in there

Did you purchase it on Steam?
 
Have you downloaded Steam, which is needed to download the game?

I downloaded Steam after I purchased Planet Zoo. I linked my steam account with frontier store, but I still don't have the key here.
