I would love to see a full list of the changes they made in 1.1, because the 8 line summary in Patch notes doesn't mention 1/2 the [comment redacted] I have seen that is different.
Anyway, since the patch I am convinced the fuel scoop is not working as well as it was prior. Oh, I am still scooping the 75 kg/s my scoop is rated for, but my ship is getting to the critical hull temperature stage much faster. Over the weekend I was paying more attention to it and was really noticing how quickly the temps were rising, and how infrequently I was able to top off my tanks.
It really [comment redacted] that they pull this [comment redacted] because if you invest 8 million credits in a Cobra with all A modules you expect it to be, well, fully kitted. I don't expect to start the game up after a patch (can't call it an upgrade) and discover my power plant can't power all the systems of my ship, and if I jump more than 10 ly or so I can't re-fuel my ship without making 2 passes at the star.
