I had to go AFK for a bit in a bar (space bar? Galactic bar? Astral Pub?) in the Malyshev Terminal, Kurmodiae System with the music still playing in the background, and I was very impressed. A bit of googling later, turns out the bar was playing an album (Gothic Americana, https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_lpGeDGQKywjxJQm8OnpsTTjnzqR54R1Qs ). Actually really, really like this music, great move on the music department.

Do other bars play other albums? Is there a different in system state? Federal or Imperial? Time to find out.

(Kurmodiae is an Agriculture/Extraction system, Federation, no state)

Such a wide range of music at the bars... I did hear music a couple of times I swore I herd before, in real life... back in the 90s... had that great 90's alternative music feel to it, it was great!

I didn't hear any music, but I turned off all the other music in the game. The bar must have been a casualty.

(BTW, not much of a bar when you can't buy a DRINK there....)

Hey, cool, I think I'm hearing Two Steps From Hell in the station now. Melroy Platform, LTT 7370. Very, very cool to hear them here.

Picked up another song in one of the taverns, this one in HIP 14106, an Independent, Communist system with a Terraforming/Extraction economy (Vonnegut Installation). Seeing as this place also plays the same music as my earlier station, I'm starting to think maybe all of the station bars play the same tracks.

The streamers and Frontier know about this. There is a sound option for streaming in options and settings.
