Difference between live feeders?

Both of the live feeders in sandbox cost the same but look different. I can't discern a difference between them. Any idea?

One is the Jurassic Park era version which has a small fence around the goat as the platform rises up, and the fence will descend out of the way right after the platform reaches the top. There is also a small pole on one side of the platform that the goat was leashed to in the film, but the goats in game are not leashed. The other Live Feeder is the original design that JWE1 launched with and doesn't have those extra details. Both feeders function the exact same; availability depends on era limitations.

It would be nice if it was leashed so there show like movie jurassic park and jurassic world
