Yeah - Platesaurus - Late Triassic - Early Jurassic Prosauropod. So it definitely not in the game - so far. Maybe in some future update/DLC.
Agreed - I would love to see at least 3 tyrannosaurs, - 4 or 5 would be better. T.rex is obviously the first and most well known tyrannosaur. But here's is a few others I would love to see.
Tyrannosaurs (hopefully at least 2)
- Albertosaurus/Gorgosaurus - best known tyrannosaurs - besides T,rex
- Nanotyrannus (controversial - I know, but if Dracorex, & Torosaurus can make into the game. Why not - Nano? )
- Alioramus/Qianzhousaurus - slender, long snouted tyrannosaurs
- Daspletosaurus - smaller tyrannosaurine
Other Tyrannosauroids - that would nice to see in the game
- Eotyrannus - a 4-5 meter long, tyrannosauroid from the Isle of Wight
- Guanlong - small, 3 meter long, proceratosaurid - found in the Dashanpu Formation.
I can see sort of a issue with the carcharodontosaurids when looking over your list of tyrannosaurids

Most of the carcharodontosaurus family are massive predators.
I am sort of hoping for atleast 3-5 Carcharodontosaurids in total, but those are reasonable choices.
So if we look over the large variants of Carcharodontosaurids we get:
- Carcharodontosaurus - 12.2-13.2m long - The mainstay of the family.
- Acrocanthosaurus - 11.5m long - Extremely unique apex predator.
- Mapusasaurus - 10.2m long - Pack hunting Carnivorous titans.
- Tyrannotitan - 11.4-12.2m long -I know very little of this one and i consider it the lowest ranked one.
I'd say that 3 out of the 4 can be viable additions to the game. Tyrannotitan is the only one i know very little of and dont really find that necessary. Traitwise Carcharodontosaurus, Acrocanthosaurus and Mapusasaurus are much more interesting additions without too much repetition.
What about smaller carcharodontosaurids? Lets go:
- Neovenator - 7.6m long -unique medium sized carnivore from the Isle of Wight...so very likely we'll see that one.
- Eocarcharia - 6-8m long - fleshing out the Tegama Beds with a smaller carcharodontosaurid...why not?
- Shaochilong - 5-6m long - A very cool chinese carcharodontosaurid in the medium sized category.
- Concavenator - 6 m long- Unique bonestructure on its back. Would love to see this one ingame.
Carcharodontosaurids are in heavy contrast to the tyrannosaurids...lighter built, but larger, and has teeth for slicing, not crushing. And Frontier has a extremely good opportunity to pull out some very interesting varying carcharodontosaurids compared to tyrannosaurids in my opinion. That being said, i would too love to see some more variants of tyrannosaurids.
