Dino ideas for jwe or jwe2

As it stands... If a dino's comfort goes down it just attacks a fence. This has zero replay value.

1st make dino fence class abilities:

That way dinos cant break out of certain fence types.

Smaller herbivores can only break out of electric cable fences if the power is off.. If they attack an electric fence or other fence they take health damage.

Sauropods can break any.fence but they only do it if they are at comfort zero. Also a hind leg jump up and stomp to crush fences would be better.

Raptors, herreas, dilos can climb out of non concrete fences so you need electricity or anti climb fences. Raptors can jump to climb out of non electrified concrete but other small carnivores can't

Aside from fences, comfort levels need to be staged based. Instead of a constance decrease it goes down in stages of 20% or something... And they remain at rhat level for several minutes, like 10 minutes or so...

In stage 1 of comfort drop they are more agitated and can get sick easier or stop eating or drinking like they should. You may get increased dominance fights non lethal displays.

In stage 2 they become violent. They prioritize attacking other species first if available. Attacks are possibly lethal. Trikes gore smaller species. Sauropods trample or tail whip smaller species that get too close. Carnivores may attack pack mates and fight to the death. All species attack ranger jeeps on site. Flares will be needed.

Stage 3 dinos exhibit suicidal behavior. Raptors and other small carnivores will attempt to hunt large herbivores and get tramped or impaled by horns and spikes. They may also foolishly attack a large carnivore. Herbivores will attack medium or small carnivores or sauropods. Large carnivores will attack sauropods and get crushed or tail whipped. Sauropods will attack each or refuse to rest or eat and begin to lose health.

Stage 4 now we're talking 40 minutes in of trampling, gores, pack or herd fights (tons of fun to behold).... They will finally attempt to break out. If capable species against fences they will succeed. If they arent capable of escaping that fence type they will continue to lose health until they get sick and go into a coma. If they do get out they will rampage. Even herbivores will target and kill guests. If they get to a ranger station they will attack stationary jeeps. If they could add building damage from large herbivores that too would happen. They may attack other paddock fences but only if there are no guests nearby. This too could last 10 minutes or so, maybe only 5 until there comfort might rise slightly on its own if they dont have a social need not being met. In which case herbivores or carnivores won't attack every guest they see unless they're a hungry carniore.

In this set up storms would last longer to bring aboutb a stage 1 or 2 discomfort level but no worse then that unless there's a tornado in area which will automatically initiate a stage 4, otherwise no storm breakouts. New weather stimuli could increase stage discomfort such as prolonged heatwave or hail during a storm.

Other. Changes would be prolonged social or dominance behavios such as long horm on horn battles, head hitting, or snapping and light kicking fights. Dominance battles would not happen so regularly. There would need to be 10 or 20 minutes in between to trigger a dominamce battle unless 1 or more dinos are in a discomfort stage.

New sickness behaviors would include over resting, not eating, vomiting if they do eat, attacking smaller species. Ranger jeeps may be attacked. OR sometimes the dino may seek out the ranger jeep for treatment and stand by docily waiting for treatment. A learned behavior perhaps.

These changes would promote a more dino on dino interaction based game rather than simply a breakout and round up game.
