Disappearing missions and transactions

That happened to me as well, although it was a mission that I probably would not have finished anyway.
Another thing is, that it seems like odyssey missions and horizons missions, even if they would be accessible in both versions, are not visible playing in the version.

There's definitely something bugged with the on foot missions - Handed in a mission, got the rewards and the rep. Still had the Item in my inventory, sold it to the Bar Tender, noticed the mission was still in my Transactions, tried to talk back to the Mission Giver, was allowed to pick a reward, and then crash to menu. Logged back in, mission no longer in my Transactions. 🤷‍♂️

I can't hand in any completed on-foot missions since Hotfix 2. All requirements completed but can not complete the transaction at terminal where I got the mission or any other terminals. Finally "abandoned" one mission (even though I spent almost an hour completing it) and got a 100,000 credit fine from the faction. Guess that's how they get ya!!!

I suspect something like that was going on with mine, except the transaction server crash (Purple Cobra, or whatever) prevented the mission counting as 'abandoned'.

Yep, this has been happening to me since yesterday. At one point all the Mission Providers in the station i was in stopped becoming functional and you can no longer talk to them. ***** this ****ing game!! This is what i get for a 5 year absence??

I lost a completed mission at the terminal I was trying to hand in at. Kept getting server error so i relogged and the mission was no longer there to hand in, and I never got to choose a reward.

Also, I've been to 3 stations in 3 different systems now, and all the available support missions are 21K LYs away in Colonia. With a 5 hour time limit.

Okay, for completed missions still in your Transactions list, I got rid of them by logging off and logging back in.

This has been every ground mission I have done. I can not hand any of them in. I failed so many I dropped a rank in reputation (This is for our Player Group Minor Faction so to me it means something). I have also had the game crash while docking or undocking for space missions, had all of my stacked courier missions disappear, and took more reputation loss.

Crashed on my way back to turn in 5 missions all lost, did another 7 missions and could not turn any of them in just the failure to communicate message.

took on 3 missions to recover goods from crash sites.

2 were crashed satellites / probes, got the item no issue

3rd was from a crashed ship, tried twice to get the item, 2nd time found the item but only in the SRV - on foot I couldn't collect the item, gave up

went back to hand in the quests - transaction failed

Happened to me too on my 2nd support mission - mission completed and scavs eliminated but cannot had it in. All the markers are correct. I did sell my bounties in the mission system where I paid the fine incurred for carrying out the mission - perhaps that messed it up?

My missions, completed or not, keep disappearing. They tend to disappear after crashes, and my game crashes every 1/2 hour or so since Odyssey was released. First, I could not get into Odyssey at all, because Frontier couldn't figure out how to give Epic players access to the Odyssey content. Now that I can play Odyssey, the game crashes constantly, and the missions just disappear with each crash. I also could not turn quests at a terminal this morning. It happened to me once, but now I cannot even return to a station to try and turn another quest before it disappears. The game is unplayable in this state.

This has happened to me over and over again, on foot or in space. I just finished 3 out of 4 missions, then the client had a "blue cobra" error and dumped me to the main menu. When I logged back in all missions were gone, all vouchers gone. Millions wasted over the last couple days, and hours of time.
