Im a backer of E
from KS - and I understand the game didn't make the kind of money SC did - but I am a little disappointed with the lack of updates and invovlment of dev with the community.
Not sure if its a Frontier thing - but if a neophyte like Josh Parnell who is making Limit Theory can be so deeply be in synch with the community with virtually daily updates working solo on 1/10th of the budget of this game and monthly hands on realy time game updates- I'd expected E
to give us more than a rare "talk" video by Braben with no actuals once in a while!
Its still early in development so I think we all know there wont be many code throughputs as such - but the involvement others are building include concept art and early prototyping/development models in a forum that accentuates community interest bringing me to the next point - this forum is just sad. Its a throwback to the old WYSIWYG forums of yesteryears - i dont even feel like opening the threads since there seems to be very little will in the community to contribute to perceived lack of involvement of the developers/promoters into the community process.
