Disk size of Elite Dangerous in the future

Release version size?

I will be getting another SSD purely to install ED only on it. I know this topic is several months old but as we are a lot nearer to the predicted release date, I was wondering what would be a sensible size to get considering the future add-ons as well? I'm thinking of 128 Gigs but if you have any solid info let us know thanks!

The sweet spot in the price: size ratio is currently favouring 250Gb SSDs. They are generally a bit faster than their 128Gb brothers too. :)

A few Gb will be necessary on the client (between 5 and 20 gb?). Everything else will be stored on the servers or generated in real time and then removed

However, 256 Gb is far too much, just to install windows and the game as Conde wants to do
