Hi, I need help with getting into VR. I'm looking at buying The HP Reverb g2, however, this headset requires SteamVR. I bought Elite Dangerous Horizons through Frontier.
Can this headset be used to play ED without purchasing the game through Steam or do I start over with a new commander? Thanks.

You can connect your FD bought version to steam no problem.

You should be able to get the steam key for EDH from FD.
