DK2 and OSX, does it work?

The DK2 is incredibly resource intensive, especially on your video card. I'm no Mac expert, but I believe the video card that Mr. Cook has decreed is all Mac users really need might (no, will absolutely, definitely without question) scream in infernal agony before quickly expiring were a Mac user to get it working with their computer.
.
I would think it would be borderline unplayable on most if not all Mac's. Sorry to put a damper on things but there is a reason why PC gaming is... well, aimed predominantly at PC's.

I agree I played ED on my macbook when I first started and you could not even touch the strip between keyboard and screen afterwards from the heat. Maybe the full Mac Pro where you actually have some cooling might work but laptops and Imacs are going to be on fire

No support yet for ED and DK2.... Demos in the DK2 on my Mac's run much better under OS X... Will look forward in trying it out in ED once there is support.

Thanks all. Not every Mac user is using a Macbook though and Macs get faster every year. Personally I prefer working with Macs over Windows, Linux and BSD and would love it if ED/DK2 would work. I would transform my gaming rig to a Hackintosh just to get rid of the endless Windows tinkering.
