DLC Downloaded and Installed but not accessible...

Hi everyone,
I'm currently in Hong Kong, playing JWE using the disk which I have completed (unlocked all the islands). I wanted to continue so downloaded the Expansion Collection - Secrets of Dr. Wu, Return to Jurassic Park and Claire's Sanctuary (via the US PS Store as it is not available in the HK PS Store).

When I go to my PS Store library it says the add-ons are installed so no problems there.

However, when I play the game, go to Campaign and then go to Claire's Sanctuary or Return to Jurassic Park these two are locked - Secrets of Dr. Wu isn't even available!
Do I need to keep playing to unlock these campaigns or what do I need to do? Please help! Thanks all!

Claire's Sanctuary & Return to Jurassic Park are separate campaigns, while Secrets of Dr. Wu is an addon to the main campaign (Muerta East should be available to go to from Muerta).

If your disk is a Hong Kong copy, then I'd say it's likely the reason and you might have to get your hands on a US base game (in the ps store Deluxe edition is currently 73% off for there by the looks). Before doing that you might want to "check for update" by pressing the options button when hovering over JWE, that'll tell you if you're downloading anything.

This is the most likely culprit. If your base game is from a different region from the DLC (which it sounds like from your post), then the DLC and base game are incompatible with each other.
