I recently bought 4 DLCS, and activated it with the code. They all got activated properly and the DLC's were the conservation pack, wetlands pack, North America pack, and the tropical pack. Upon launching the game I only saw I was able to research the Conservation pack theme and Tropical pack theme. I couldn't research the others nor could I even see them. I also couldn't see the scenery peices for the other packs. The only thing that was properly in my game for the 2 other DLC's were the animal decoration thing that goes on the wall. I have tried tons of solutions including restarting my game, enabling and disabling the DLC, and checking my game files and making sure they are in properly.

Wait...so to confirm...since you didn't say for sure, are the animals themselves from North America pack and Wetlands packs showing up or not? If it's just scenery missing, as Aramar pointed out, Animal Packs do not include scenery pieces beyond animal signs. with the exception of the Barnyard and Zookeeper animal packs, but that's just from this year and has only 7 animals, not 8.
Oh I see that makes MUCH more sense. I thought they were just worded differently for some reason but I thought they still would include scenery pieces or trees.
