Do I lose money buying and selling ships and modules?

I change ships like I change socks. Weird but there it is.
Do you lose money on a ship when you sell it?
At one time you lost 10% value on module sales - is that still the case?

Normally I don't concern myself too much about it but I just bought an expensive ship (for me) and, still sitting in dock, i'm already having second thoughts.

Will i i lose money selling the ship and modules?

If you sell the modules/weapons separately, there's no loss.
If you sell your ship with its weapons, and upgraded stuff still on it, you'll lose 10% on everything.
