If you have Horizons there should be the option "VR High" in graphics settings. It's not bad enough for me to have bothered messing with specifics yet. So it's probably a fine starting point.
OK, so far I got:
- 2 sensors connected
- Rift connected, set up and ready
Launched ED, went into graphics settings and set 3D to HMD (headphones).
After that, all I got is 3D representation on the monitor, but not in Rift:
Also the sound isn't there, I had to manually set Rift's headphones to default device in sound settings.
Also, does Oculus app needs to be open at all times ?

I think so, unless you're using Steam VR.
I always open the ED launcher, put on the rift and wait for Oculus Home to open, and then launch the game by peeking through the nose hole. It's worked every time.

For the past 2 hours I was trying to figure out why isn't ED showing up in the Rift...be peeking from the distance at the lens!
I didn't know I had to actually put it on my head for it to work...
Anyway I tried demo of Nolimits 2 rollercoaster and almost puked and held on to my chair as if I was really there. Scary stuff. I reckon I'd fall down if I was standing.

Have you allowed Unknown sources in Settings - General from the Oculus app?
