Do the Sirius Corp pilots seem a little... sketchy?

Hai all!
Ive been playing around with some of the minor and pledged factions lately. It has been interesting so far.

My question to you all is do the Sirius pilots seem a little aggressive it their interactions? I keep getting them telling me that they are sad Im lacking any cargo and various other pirate-y statements. Im currently pledged Li Yong-Rui so Im baffled as to why they have a serious disdain towards me. Must be some sort of reputation I missing.

Happens with Alliance Enforcers as well, and I'm friendly with the Alliance. Just people looking for that next meal, ya know

All the powerplay pilots are like this, I do wish they'd have some custom dialogue for allies at least
