Do we have a roadmap for Colonisation?

Really I was just referring to 'asteroid bases' in this case, not so much systems themselves. Most of my time's been dedicated to developing refineries from which to set off further construction efforts in the local area (that has gotten a bit tiring, thankfully I've got that basis covered now) while most of my other claims have plans but I'm focusing on one or two at a time.

Technically I have my very first claim near the wreck of Titan Oya (stay dead, ok?) which is a bit jumbled from a slightly mismatched execution (or in hindsight, should have kept security installation near the star to separate economy influence as best as possible) coupled with a bug that placed two industrial surface ports on top one another - I only wanted one - on the single planet in-system, preventing full execution of the initial plan as I wanted it. Probably should finish the Coriolis port I started there eventually, though. At this point I doubt Frontier are going to 'fix' the system since for whatever reason they're incapable of removing even a construction site.

But anyway. I have several builds with asteroid base(s) mapped out, still just focusing on the first one which is a refinery/extraction build. Ideally the refinery/extraction would have been separate at planets (brown dwarf) 1 and (gas giant) 2 and associated moons, but currently weak link madness and planet economies being forced makes it less smooth in execution... not diverting from the plan anyway, because I would likely keep it as it is regardless of functionality/or I see nothing coming that fundamentally changes enough to risk messing it up completely. Not following patch 3 anyway.

Some "feature complete" declaration doesn't change the fact that many of us are colonizing systems in the hope or expectation that some mechanic will be added to make colonized systems more purposeful.
