how to get unlock ivy poisoning i am on last unlock sense i got ingrown claw 2 days ago how do i make dinosaurs sick?

i think that's what herbivores get when they get the "wrong" food. So if, for example, a dino only prefers plant fibers, give it leaves or fruit to eat.

When you begin the first of the Chaos Theory levels, your first Triceratops will get infected by ivy poisoning.
would it work on sandbox? and how do i get them sick?

Apologies and honestly, other than the first of the Chaos Theory levels; I have not seen herbivores get infected with Ivy Poisoning in other levels and other gameplay modes (Challenge Mode and Sandbox Mode).
In the Sandbox gameplay, I tried giving herbivores the wrong type of food. As for the ones in the ground, only the Bracken Poisoning is triggered.
It says, "Avoid dinosaurs lacking High Leaves in their territory to prevent this disease."
I tried giving Mamenchisaurus Cycad Grove or the Seed Plants, it only cause the Hyperlexia.

Specifically, the first Chaos Theory level based on the film Jurassic Park. That is the only time a dinosaur is infected with Ivy Poisoning.
