Does anyone else have a problem with rides?

I built a big savanna enclosure with 8 species in it, and put a 4x4 adventure tour in the habitat. It's the first time I attempted to build a ride in the game, but the problem is the rides seem like they are broken. Guests will only ride it when I first load the zoo. As soon as it loads, it plays the little firework/confetti animation that shows that it's open, and in that moment whoever is close to it goes in the queue and rides it. The guests that do ride it seem to like it. I get all the positive feedback like "Fast queue", "nice queue", "cheap ticket", "I can't believe I'm in x habitat", and all. But after that first burst of guests nobody goes even near the ride anymore. It's like it doesn't exist or they don't know it's there. Then, if I reload the same thing repeats itself again.

And this should be obvious, but as a disclaimer of sorts I should say that yes, everything about the ride is set up as it should be. It has power, an entrance, an exit, a decorated queue/station, and apparently cheap tickets. Plus the fact that some guests will ride it immediately after loading indicates that it is functional. Does anybody else have this issue? Have you found anyway to fix it?
 
Same, but reloading the game only solves it for a few seconds. I'd have to be reloading constantly for the ride to work as it should. Hopefully it'll be adressed in a patch.
 
I was wondering why I rarely saw people on the Adventure Tour. Now I can see I'm having this same thing happening. I know the ride was super popular in my beta zoo.

I did just now, because you suggested. Why not? Might as well. But the problem is that there's so many issues on the tracker right now that I kinda find it a bit pointless at the moment. It can all depend if they think its too expensive , if it can take them somewhere else to another station to save them walking . if it goes past the animals they want to see . how many exhibits it goes through . My ride goes through almost all my habitats , has 4 stations scattered around the 4 corners of the zoo , It always seem to be in use although the queues are very rarely full
 
Those rides seems broken to me too. You have to tweak the options to get it working and most of them dont seem to do what they should. I've had empty cars leaving the station when "any load" before departure was selected . A bunch of guides recommend to turn on the "dont block station" option, but that just led to more empty cars leaving and people never having the time to hop in. I had to set minimum times of at least 15 sec to people have the opportunity to enter (the queue was full of people waiting so attraction of the ride was not the problem)

Setting any load , means the car/train will stay at the station for the time set and then depart no matter if its full or empty , I normally just set the minimum time to 15 or more seconds as that time is real time not in game time and that's usually enough to get people off the ride when it arrives at the station and through the exit gate , close the exit gate, open the entrance gate and let people get on
 
In my case it has nothing to do with load settings or price unfortunately. The ride is simply ignored by guests completely after the first few seconds after loading the zoo. It’s like they don’t know it’s there.

The ones that do get on in those first few seconds like it though, and think it’s cheap.
