Does anyone know how to fix this

I bought the feathered dinosaurs DLC and have not gotten and any dinosaurs from the DLC in my game even when I make a new park, they are not even appearing on the genome library. How do I fix this?

Hey!

What game mode are you playing on? That way we could help better, as some DLC dinosaurs are locked away in campaign, chaos theory, or normal challenge maps.

Do they not show in sandbox mode with research and dig sites off? Let us know!
