Does someone else have Problems with placing Tracks for the Jeep?

Yesterday I've built a really big Elephant-Enclosure and I wanted a Jeep that drives trough it. But I'm trying the whole Time to place the Tracks for the Jeep and I can't place them under the Gate. I also can't first place the Tracks and then the Gate over it. Does someone else have this Problem or am I doing something wrong?

Um, it should work like this:
  • You have built the barriers of your enclosure
  • Insert the Track Airlock gates into the barriers
  • Start building the ride and once the tracks are close enough, this "snap-in" button will appear under the Track gates
  • Click this button and it should automatically be connected

I already tried this. Maybe I need to place the Jeep-Station further away from the Enclosure 🤔

Edit : just found out there was some kind of Problem with the Terrain. I've built the Enclosure in a deepening but it was almost at the same Level as the Ground outside of the Enclosure. They should make the Placement of the Tracks less sensitive or make a Option that allows it to place the Tracks on such small slopes.

Now I have another Problem. How can I connect the Queue-Path with the Jeep-Station?

Edit: I think I found out how I can do it. But I have the Entrance to the Jeep-Station on the wrong Site. Is there a possibility to change it without building everything new?

OK, finally found out how to change on which Side the Entrance can be placed. It can be changed in the Track-Building-Mode

Writing this in case someone finds this thread while fuming about why the hell they keep getting an obstruction error trying to build track through an airlock. I just fought with this for an irritatingly long time before resolving it, and learned two things along the way.

First, the terrain has to be perfectly flat in order for the track to connect to the gate- and not just at that gate but for some distance around. You may need to delete everything for a few hundred yards around and flatten everything to surface (option in the terrain tools). Side note: Stations require even more flat distance, more than is intuitive. If it still doesn't work after rebuilding:

Second, I discovered that the barrier sections either side of the gate can be the cause of the obstructions to the track. If you delete the adjoining sections, you can build the track through and rebuild the barrier. An alternative is to build the airlock before the rest of the barrier at all. Of course, these steps only work if you haven't already placed a habitat gate (reason #37 why you should never place a gate until 100% sure that all actual construction in the habitat is complete and satisfactory).

Hope this helps someone someday, and keep building!

I found this incredibly frustrating when I tried to build a safari ride that went between several large enclosures. I built the enclosures first, and I couldn't get the jeep tracks to enter at the right angle!
