Both- Microsoft and Panda put out updates today and Panda has a massive bug. If you reboot you computer and apply those every file that is in use will be put into quarantine and your system will be "useless".
If you want to avoid this scenario uninstall Panda security and install something different. I have no info which versions of windows are affected but i just installed some different antivir, rebooted and applied windows updates and all is fine now.
