downloading...anyone know if a default binding for the new Explorer tools been added!?

Not on PS4 at least
couldn't get into the game but i did manage to login to main menu the first time and check my bindings, and the new functions were blank but there are warning symbols to point you to the unbound features, so i at least got the bindings sorted when the server stabilizes again

AFAIK yes if you 1) already bound them in beta, or 2) use default mappings. If you use custom mappings and didnt bind them in beta then no.
I played the beta, and my bindings carried over into the live game. No action required on my part.

Binding were good but I had to set my fire groups again.
