*shrug* I play WoW, I expect level 1 mods to be garbage. On just the junk I have not thrown out I have rank 2 with most of the starting guys. The question I have is do you really need mods? I'm mostly harmless and have not as yet found any thing I can't really deal with using the normal stuff I can buy just about any place. Am I going to run into stuff down the road that I can't take if I don't upgrade? Is a few more LYs of jump range all that useful? I keep my jump range in the 15-20 range, are there places I will be unable to reach?

How does that work, most of the Tier 1's barely change anything, what you should deduce is that tier 1 is pointless and not make them with the intent to upgrade your equipment
As a person who just flies around having adventures, the system they have suits my play style. I'm not competing with other players. I suspect there are quite a few people like me but because we're not complaining we're not counted.
