Psykokow - my younger son laughed with abandon at your drabble and describes it as "really funny and most awesome". If he'd had control of my votes you would have got all three

Seems like romance has died in Drabble land. (I'm not counting the LAAAAVE boat as romance).

Well a sympathy vote for Frank from me, and one for Ian because it deserved more than 1 vote and the final vote goes to..... Cathy. If things had been closer I might have changed my mind.
Wasn't really expecting much for my drabble, had a bit of creative block this time. Maybe down to too much Skyrim.... I'm getting a little fed up of the only rumour in all the taverns is someone who can cure vampirism and everyone else commenting that my character looks pale or has a dreadful hunger in her eyes. At least the guy that took an arrow to the knee is only in one place

Can we recast our votes please? I'd like to re-allocate my vote for insanephoton's offering as he voted for Cathy (who doesn't need it) instead of me (who does!)
Pleased with 3 votes, I thought this one would get none ... wrote it when I was under the influence, so hurrah !
I was going to ask why these polls aren't public, but it began to sound too much like I thought there was some tomfoolery going on ... there isn't ... and I wasn't, I was just wondering why ....

I think you misspelled 'AWFULL' there...
I thought the main reason for keeping the vote anonymous was to stop the feeling of obligation to vote for someone if they voted for you. All the people what write the Drabbles seem a trustworthy type.
And the "Only cheating yourself" argument is strengthened by the fact that the winner has to work for their prize. They have to come up with a new topic. That's fine and dandy for someone who only wins once in a blue moon, but just spare a thought for poor Cathy who has to come up with a topic every other week.
Oh! And you can sectretly vote for Psykokow without people pointing and laughing at you, or avoiding you in the streets.
