I am not able to get drops, who do I contact for such a thing? Or is the forums the place to ask about this for support on the matter?

In what way? Did you claim them during the stream, then connect your account (Epic or Steam) to your Frontier acct?
Are they in your inventory and just not showing up in game?
If you have any other details you can give we can see where the problem lies.

Well i claimed them on twitch, i then linked my account to the frontier , and im pretty sure i linked my steam account to it but i have no idea where to go to even check that.
