Might just be me but before the Jan upgrade you could drop out of supercruise 1Mm from your target and be within 10k. Doesnt always work now I've found. Sometimes I am hundreds of k away. Anyone else seeing this?
No, but dropping 100s of km away from a station can always happen if the station is more than 30 degrees off the centre line of your ship at the moment you drop. The alignment indicator in the cockpit will switch off in that case.
